      Pros

      Smart and friendly work staff. Benefits are above average but pay is lower than other firms. Library hours when you can use them is nice to focus on work. I think the changes are good idea.

      Cons

      Too many meetings.in mornings with offshore and testing releases after hours., no teams have good scrum project management Tech isn’t modern or standard. Hope that will change Outsourcing so much was bad every manager needs status meeting for project management so no time with teams

      Pros

      In the 10+ years I've been here, I have never been bored. I know that is a rather lame thing to say, but I have had many other jobs that can only be described as tedious. Not here, though. There is a constant shift for improvement, not just with our customer facing products, but with the way we do things. This allows us to embrace new technologies and practices on a regular basis. Other "Pros": competitive pay, excellent benefits, matching up to a percent on 401k, employee stock purchase plan.

      Cons

      With the regular improvements to structure and processes, communications sometimes gets overlooked. "Sometimes" is the keyword, this is by no means the norm.
