      Pros

      Good paycheck. Good co-workers. They are trying to listen to employees.

      Cons

      Very little direction or micro management. No in between. You either have no clue what you should be doing or have someone breathing down your neck.

      Decent money, relaxed work environment, great coworkers

      Cons

      CEO is dishonest. Most management will tell you what you want to hear, compensation changes and "corporate restructures" are extremely common. Be prepared to stay in your hired role permanently. Growth within the company is fairly uncommon. Promotions are non existent and when they do occur, you will most likely be transitioned back shortly after. There are 5-6 reps that determine the direction of the company.

      Pros

      Each branch does attempt to give you a feeling of being family by celebrating birthdays/anniversaries/births etc. Branch management is good but is detached from senior leadership.

      Cons

      Can be tough to learn the ins and outs of the systems, need co-worker assistance to get going quickly.
