Confusing management team due to mergers, seems the project reporting has gotten worse over the years, pep rally's to get the teams excited that never work

Not much communication from executive level. Hold a business address, yet very vague overview of what’s really going on. Promise and excitement of innovation, always getting pushed back. Constant battle with sister companies, trying to grow too fast but no idea how to manage the growth. They have four companies that are selling the same thing-each company at a different cost. No control of offered discounts. No internal awareness of accounts are being worked by sister company, sister company always at a lower cost so you always lose the sale.
