      Pros

      Fantastic people. Departments work together to achieve company goals. Extra incentives with many company lunches, get-togethers and summer hours. If you're innovative, they are very receptive and will recognize and reward you accordingly! No one from the marketing department pretended to know more than they did but were always eager to help. Fantastic work/life balance.

      Cons

      The business objectives can unfortunately change quickly during a fiscal year based on the direction from the parent company.
