Outstanding culture. Great communication and team environment. Leadership team is outstanding. Great people. The President and entire leadership team is great. Approachable and always interacting and communicating with the staff. Highly motivated to succeed.

Cons

Not many but I do I wish there was more room for advancement. Being picky here. I know the senior leadership team is trying to address this. We are a small really tight team with great culture but if I had to choose, this would be it. That said, I am seeing an effort and real advancement for deserving people.

The President is never here. When he is, he walks around the office making employees listen to him talk about himself, his family, vacations and new cars.
