If you want to work for a stale company where upper management clearly does not know what they are doing nor care then join this company. If you actually care about your life, trust me and look somewhere else. You have been warned.

Pros

After 3 years at ConstructConnect, the biggest pro is how connected I feel to our actual business impact. Leadership does an excellent job showing us how our work positively impacts the business. This transparency extends to professional development too - we get dedicated time for learning, access to conferences, and mentorship opportunities. I've also been able to explore different business areas, which has been huge for my growth both technically and strategically.

If any cons arise, I am able to have an open conversation about them with my manager and other leaders.

Pros

Everyone is great to work with. The CEO stated in introduction meeting with new people that there was no room for jerks at the company. Now that we are moving to operating product model the book we read says about the same thing. Company is willing to actually change in order to experience change. This can be difficult to do with grace and patience but we are pulling it off. Overall fantastic company!
