increase base salary if a sell default after being closed (3months ago) they will take it out your check which maybe your only commission check so you may never get paid if the cycle continues, upper management fires majority of staff after promising everyone job was safe in 2018 that they we taking everyone to Cincinnati, Ohio, instead no trip but a severance package if you were lucky
