      Pros

      Success plans to keep us on track, PTO, they're open to diversity, we can all work from home, and work/life balance is valued.

      Cons

      Growing pains from all the merges and it seems like there's a bit of a delay in promoting individuals that do manager work but don't quite have the title.

      I love the people I work with, that is why I have been here so long, and I love our clients, and truly believe in our products and know they benefit our clients. I love working from home and early release Fridays as well as work life balance and help from everyone and anyone you ask anything from. I have also had consistent support and development opportunities from my upper management.

      Cons

      With the combining of many companies there has been some not so fun growth we have endured, however now we are finally where we wanted to be, combined, working together (software and people) and able to use most of our programming efforts towards building new and cool AI features for our software instead of consolidating tech debt, which is what we have been focused on for a few years. Exciting future ahead!

      Never been with a company that has cared about me more

      Pros

      ConstructConnect has helped me grow as an individual as well as support me through some of the hardest times in my life. I have worked from a starting position on the Content team to a BDR to an Account Executive, and every manager I had/have works me with to get the best out of me, and have understood when life throws its biggest punches. My wife and I started the IVF process while I was still in Content. Not does the company have insurance that helps cover IVF procedures, but it also sees a miscarriage as a loss of a family member. So in the depths of sadness from the lost that comes from IVF, work was never a worry. Now with me being in a sales position, the company still wants me to take PTO, days off, even with the pressure of sales quotas to meet.

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of that it took me 2 tries to get hired with the company, and I had to start in a lower position before going straight into a sales role.
