      Pros

      ConstructConnect, after many years of competing product acquisitions and mergers has settled into a good operating rhythm. The leadership is transparent in reporting both progress achieved and planning towards future goals on a monthly and quarterly cadence. The culture is committed to a people first approach and encourages career growth and a diversified employee community.

      Cons

      With growth has come major shifts in direction. Some legacy products (verticals) have decreased in importance while others have gained importance. That has distressed some employees and customers in the lesser verticals.

      Pros

      During my career at ConstructConnect I've always been impressed by the leadership. This includes everyone from direct manager to C-suite. The company communicates clearly and really tries to build a bridge across all teams. I've always felt supported and empowered. The company offers, and reinforces, the importance of a work/life balance. It's fast-paced and continuously evolving (this is a positive for me). Change is required for continued growth and success.

      Cons

      We've got some processes to streamline, Not really a con, but something we can improve as a company. Our insurance can be better, but it seems pretty on par with other corporate offices.
