Pros

They like to promote from within. Most people that you work with are nice. Decent PTO set up, great insurance.

Cons

Multiple pointless meetings per week that waste time and derail productivity. Yearly unexpected layoffs and at times, forced salary cuts for those that were not laid off -even when everyone met or exceeded sales quotas.

Pros

Constructconnect is a great place to work. The managers care about their employees. They have a great culture and some of the best people in the professional world on our teams. I really enjoy my position and building relationships with customers to create long term partnerships.

Cons

Constructconnect should offer higher base salaries to their sales and customer success employees. Overall, the pay is great in these positions as a performer. But, the base salary should be higher.
