Pros

Constructconnect is a great place to work. The managers care about their employees. They have a great culture and some of the best people in the professional world on our teams. I really enjoy my position and building relationships with customers to create long term partnerships.

Cons

Constructconnect should offer higher base salaries to their sales and customer success employees. Overall, the pay is great in these positions as a performer. But, the base salary should be higher.

I highly recommend ConstructConnect. I've worked here for going on 16 years and continue to enjoy it more and more every year. Leadership takes pride in taking a people first approach and employees genuinely care about making a difference.

Cons

Many people are remote, so if you love going into a bustling office every day that may be a challenge depending on your location.
