Builds products and services that incorporate many of the latest technologies. Many efforts are being made to incorporate AI into its products. Provides numerous opportunities to learn and grow. These include weekly "library hours", quarterly innovation sprints, and occasional temporary residencies for exploring new ideas, skills, and technologies.

Cons

Currently experiencing growing pains as Product Development is working to get all management, product owners, and engineers on the same page around best practices for managing software projects.

Remote positions. Great leadership in the BPM segment from direct manager to the division manager to the General Manager to the CRO. Can't get any better. Great and seasoned teammates with the willingness to help new team members succeed. Greatest product in it's arena.

Cons

Taking a long time to see CCPI become a marketable portal for BPMs but our product team is working hard to get us there. Can't wait!
