Pros
- Management is really laid back, assuming you can sell and you are willing to work. - Industry we sell into is flush with cash and starved for time. Basis of what we sell is an efficiency software, so product does sell. - Corporate work environment, you don’t need to know construction to advance; most of managment do not understand construction. - Human Resources team gives it a 110%, and ‘no’ I am not on the people and culture team. - Best work life balance job I’ve ever had, very low travel. - Pay is good to above average assuming you can sell. - Executive leadership team show effort of caring for company and that is translating to caring for employees.
Cons
- Very flat organization not a lot of growth potential. - Mid-Management is weak, a lot of cronyism and not a lot of talent. - Upper Management screwed up on quota goals, they change quota drastically but don’t change compensation. - Way to hard for sales people to sell. Leads take too long to get to the sales people, BDRs get more inbound leads than sales people. Sales people create accounts and handle 1st customer experience only to dump customer off to customer success manager.
