Backing of a highly successful public company, huge opportunity, customers who appreciate what we do, limited competition.

Cons

Not a true meritocracy, company doesn’t appear to want to invest in employees or tools to move into 21st century, tired sales model.

Pros

Work-life balance - seems to be the only focus. Easygoing environment. Direct Management is decent and friendly

Cons

Not much communication from executive level. Hold a business address, yet very vague overview of what’s really going on. Promise and excitement of innovation, always getting pushed back. Constant battle with sister companies, trying to grow too fast but no idea how to manage the growth. They have four companies that are selling the same thing-each company at a different cost. No control of offered discounts. No internal awareness of accounts are being worked by sister company, sister company always at a lower cost so you always lose the sale.
