Pros

benefits but they are expensive

Cons

Management team will talk to you like you are stupid...they will refuse to take Sup Calls, no work life balance, little pay, employees here are not "happy" or they wouldn't be constantly quitting. training class of 26..after 3 weeks was 10 people...it really says something about the management and trainers. Carrer opportunities are high because people always quit

Pros

Easy to get hired. Decent shifts and OT availability

Cons

Training is very insufficient. Constant threats of being fired for something. Inflexible attendance policy. Management is not there for employee training and development. Management is only there to monitor employees. You will spend most of your "training" time alone and unaided on the phones. Corporation trying to pass itself off as a homegrown mom and pop type business.

Pros

Decent pay, 2 basic rooms with snacks you could buy, a nice break room and smoker section was very far away so non smokers didn't have to deal with smoke .

Cons

Discriminating towards race, one supervisor made fun of fillipinos and people from India, the rest is included in my story
