      Pretty Good, Pretty Bad..

      Pros

      Good pay, 40 hours, nice seating when working. Bonuses, insurance, easy to call out.

      Cons

      Bad for health, mentally, and physically. I started having weight gains and chest pains working here. the customers are the worst customers I have ever had to deal with. they argue with you and will never accept the fact that they are wrong. Having to create notes on an account is dumb (Most people half assed them and they are incoherent) TSS dont care. the 10 hour shifts and working weekends is just wrong. Back to back calls make it hard when someone disconnects whether, they hung up or call dropped.

      I would love this job if management cared to properly train

      Great benefits, decent pay, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Attendance policy is unfair, the training period is too short and rushed and the supervisors train their employees like its a chore instead of it being an important objective.
