Pros

Some of the co-workers are awesome

Cons

Very poor management, company claims to care about employees but make no mistake you are nothing but a butt in a chair, they see no value in anyone and have the mentality that you can be replaced at anytime for any reason. Pay based on bogus metrics, must mention promotion on every call and "How can I help you: or you will fail the call.

Abusive Customers Call Que heavy with little to no support from Team lead when needed Medical benefits have a $250 deductible Core Value of “do the right thing” only pertaining to employees not management or company.
