Employer Expectations - Realistic -I do not feel as if I am doing more work than what I'm being paid for. -I know that the work being done is one that I am trained for. Initial Job Requirements - Limited -From day one I was presented with assistance by individuals who new exactly what they were doing. If some one was not available I had an electronic Knowledge Base available to me for all questions and procedures. -My understanding of this job and it's requirements, were Zero to none. As of now, that is no longer the case.

Cons

The specification of our clientele, with the addition of high end electronics, does pose a difficulty throughout all positions.

They will hire anyone, which comes with the added benefit of meeting some of the most inept people you will ever encounter.

Cons

*See above!! Terrible management, no communication at any level Ignorance all around: supervisors, co-workers, and upper management Performance based solely on minimum numbers No opportunity for advancement or personal development Inflexible scheduling Poor coverage and co-pays for insurance Miserable commute/traffic,from all directions more than a few miles away Private ownership with a very hands-on approach They have built a business around selling phones to older people, so the future is very limited (as middle-aged people become older they will already have established relationships with other providers).

With the intent of being fair and objective, it took me 20 minutes to come up with anything resembling a pro. They pay your insurance premiums. Terrible coverage, you will pay a ton out of pocket. But they do pay your premiums IF, and only if, you play along with their joke of a mandatory wellness program.

Cons

Worthless people from top to bottom. Which is a huge problem in and of itself but most importantly when considering that they promote almost exclusively from within the company. So you get an empire pf morons promoting each other to do work that no one could ever comprehend to begin with. The inmates are truly running the asylum here. The list of other cons would be endless. Bottom line: only apply here if you have no other options left in life.
