Pros

Working for the Marketing team you will be asked to write fake reviews on Glass Door to try and improve the company image.

Cons

“You need to be good to survive!”. “Power and money”. “An exciting company, in an exciting market at an exciting time.”. Really? This is meant to be believable? Take a look at the contrast between these reviews and the bad reviews on here, and please make your own mind up on how much you trust them (I'm sure the slightly-above-average reviews will come flooding in now!).

Pros

Can walk from the office to the town centre.

Cons

Extremely long hours 12 to 14 daily, all extra hours unpaid which could in effect minimum wages salaries. No thanks or reward for working them. A very unpleasant place to work, many staff a very unfriendly and unhelpful. Management will criticise you if you are two minutes late even after working 14 hours the previous day or even when you're not at fault. A shameful place that does not deserve to recruit anyone let alone best graduates. New graduates there will not realise how badly they are treated till they go work somewhere else.

Pros

The opportunity to be part of a cutting edge cloud communications leader. High growth, so plenty of scope for career progression. Also very good pay. Great working environment including free gym, pool, table football, drinks and regular socials. Stimulating bunch of people, all from top universities. Providing the communications that underpin hundreds of massive brands.

Cons

Standards are high, and you have to be on the ball if you want to survive and prosper. The work is complex and demands creativity and intelligence. Hours are quite long to start with, but you soon move up and things calm down.
