They will promise you the world and deliver on none of it and when you go to ask them to deliver they reply. We aren't giving you any more money.

Pros

Fortunately you meet a lot of really cool people and ive mostly enjoyed everyone ive come across !!!! And thats the truth!

Cons

Ill start with upper management. Specifically people out of Operations, they do not care about the employees as they are too concerned with the constant restructuring going on. This leaves employees without a voice and with constant changes in process and policies. Every bit of safety control is done with an oh shoot we forgot that mentality. Constant safety guidelines being put in place that are confusing and some unnecessary. The pay starts ok but you will never receive a raise and be prepared for people to get hired making more than you. I have personally witnessed 1 employee among other examples not receive a pay raise for 3 years and when finally told they would receive one, it was 60 cents. This company cares more about the bottom line than they do about their own legs
