Could be a great company but too disorganized

- Really positive environment among employees - Good pay and benefits - Very understanding of work/life balance - Open to hiring people with and without college degrees.

Cons

- They don't have SOP training protocols leading training to feel a bit like a game of telephone. - Former owners are still doling out very expensive favors to their friends costing the ESOP tens of thousands in profits. - An employee owned company shouldn't be religious
