Great company - advancement opportunities - recently became ESOP

Pros

Recently went ESOP, so there is a whole shift to a more employee-centered culture going on here. Advancement opportunities -- just work hard & prove yourself. Co-workers are awesome -- very friendly, always willing to help, smiles (behind face masks since we are still in COVID-19), etc.

Insurance benefits for family are expensive (great for employee but costly to add family)

Family oriented environment where everyone looks out and assists each other when needed. The company provides great benefits. Supervisors are very involved in assisting.

Cons

To be honest i really can't think of anything as I have thoroughly enjoyed working for this company. I wouldn't leave had it not been for the circumstances of needing to be home for my parents.
