      Pay is well and fair, healthcare is provided

      Cons

      Claims to be an ESOP and a "family" community, but most business operations are secret and found out through chatter around the office. Changes around the office are done without warning or testing. They do not have a work from home program and do not go out of there way for employees needs and do everything by the book. Most of the ways of thinking are "old school"
