      I like the work and I like the industry. Company pays weekly

      First off, I don't understand a lot of the 5 stars reviews that have been posted. If you really read them they don't sound like 5 star reviews? The culture here is bad and has been that way since I started. Lots of finger pointing and no real team atmosphere. Still feels like a family owned business and a lot of family still work here. Company is ESOP but doesn't really seems to be any benefit to the employee. Company pays nothing for family insurance - you can actually find cheaper insurance rates on your own than what the company has to offer
