      I work for a smaller company under their umbrella of companies. I love it. Freedom and Trust to get the job done. No boss looking over your shoulder, he expects the best from you and trusts you to make those decisions. Flexible hours

      Cons

      no employee structure or ladder to climb up in the employee rankings. Some days you might not know what will happen, other days you have too much going on. the work load can be inconsistent
