Thanks for the post! I was particularly interested in your comment about our benefits program being lower than others--we regularly benchmark our plans against other employers and find that we offer a strong package, with four different medical plans, two dental plans, vision, life, stock purchase, and other great benefits, and that our coverage levels tend to outperform the market's offering. I would welcome a chance to meet and discuss the areas you feel are lacking and encourage you to set up an appointment to meet with me. We work hard to try and bring benefits offerings to the plan that our Employees value and that provide exceptional protection to our employees and their families, and welcome input from our employees. Thanks again for the post! Rory Seidens VP, Human Resources - Copart

Pros

I love the office culture and workload. I got along well with my co-workers and managers. The people here were knowledgeable about their job. I work in software development and the workload is neither too light nor too heavy.

Cons

My pay is not that high for a software engineer. Software engineers at other companies make much more than me.

Cons

Vague, undefined, constantly changing goals from Upper management. Many Saturdays, late nights/early mornings work with no bonus opportunity, in additional to 24/7 on call for alarm calls. Nepotism/Cronyism Being held accountable for problems that were not your responsibility Job Security
