Pros

They have good pay and good work hours. But they will make you work over time and that could be 16 hours a day

Cons

They run you to the ground and talk to you like dogs. They are very disrespectful, your coworkers AND inmates.

Pros

Good company to work for and great advancement options.

Cons

They are on a contract and that leaves you unstable at contract time to know if you have a job. They will try to keep you, but you have to move.

Thank you for your feedback. As you point out we operate under contract wit our state and federal partners. If those contracts are re-awarded to another bidder or ended CoreCivic does offer employees opportunity at other locations. We appreciate the dedication of our employees and many have had long careers working at several of our facilities.
