      Pros

      They do a lot of good things. This is something other companies should really be as a standard.

      Cons

      The vast growing of the company I feel can easily provide a disconnect with the lower tier employees to the tenured, and higher positioned employees. That’s every job though

      good company but needs to fix pain points

      Pros

      amazing benefits, remote work, entry-level staff are nice and hard-working, coaches are also hard-working, company open for feedback from team members, developmental classes not only for work but for personal growth

      Cons

      communication is very messy, higher management disconnected from front line staff, sloppy software rollouts, lack of recognition to teams

We understand that communication can feel messy at times and our rollouts can often result in identifying areas for improvement. This may not be ideal for everyone but it is how we operate for the most part. We build most of our own software, and rely on our team for regular feedback to help us evaluate and refine our products until they are everything we need them to be! Recognition of our hardworking team is very important to us, if the team has any suggestions for more effective ways of doing this, we are all ears!
