In today's world of jobs and companies you always see or hear " we have an amazing culture" I'm sure most companies do but this company, takes pride and does everything they can to maintain a solid family feel culture. Everyone treats everyone with respect and most importantly you are treated like an adult. I'm lucky I found this company!

Cons

The company is always growing. Growth means change and sometimes the vision and communication for growth and change isn't always clear.

They treat everyone like people, not just a number which is not common nowadays, especially with remote work. Theres a million opportunities for growth. Amazing benefits to the point where it feels too good to be true, but then you just realize they’re an amazing company run by people who genuinely care. Great interview process, not robotic and they ask what matters. Great structure, work life balance, and training.

Cons

No idea. I know a million people here now and never have heard any cons. They’re always trying to improve and growing thankfully. I feel like this sounds like a weird sponsored review but this is truly just a great job and im super thankful.
