We think the work we do is pretty important too, so glad you feel the same way! The word “manage” is something we don’t hear a whole lot around here, we like to keep is simple when is comes to “managing” our teams. Do good work and work while you are getting paid, seems reasonable, right? Our staffing levels are something we are currently working to improve on, we have adopted better systems to understand when our peak time periods are, as well as created roles within the company to provide better data and projections to help us staff accordingly. We appreciate you leaving us a great review and appreciate even more that we have been able to have your on our team for over a year now!
