      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for 4 years now and have seen it through some massive growth and changes. As most companies that experience significant growth, there were some growing pains as we adjusted to remote work. What separates this company from all the others is the genuine care and commitment to its employees. As we get bigger, there are more degrees of separation, but the leadership team truly cares about the happiness and job satisfaction of the employees. And that’s pretty special.

      Cons

      The company moves and changes fast. If you like things to stay the same, it won’t be a good fit. Have to be ready to have your mind challenged with the way things are traditionally done.

      Snack bar is legit! I started over a year ago and since stepping through the doors at Corporate Tools I have had nothing but good experiences. The people, helping people accomplish their goal of opening a business, the team. Love it all.

      We don’t give it enough credit, do we? It’s more of a full on snack station than just a trail mix bar! Thanks for coaching your team to help our clients reach their goals and for coming into the office when you have the option to work from home. Although the snacks don’t hurt, we like to think it has a lot to do with the people in the office too!

      Learning the products can be confusing until you get the hang of it.
