      You aren’t wrong, the learning curve is a steep one! We are lucky to have an amazing training team, a variety of online resources and team coaches (our seasoned pros), even they haven’t seen it all! Our teams come across new scenarios regularly, that is why we encourage collaboration within ours departments and strive to hire people who will do what it takes to find the best solutions for our clients, even if it takes some digging.       Pros

      I've worked for some shady, downright awful companies in the past, so coming into this company I really thought "we'll see". It sure sounded too good to be true. Boy, was I wrong... There is no shadiness, they are the most transparent and caring company, for both their employees and customers. Paid medical benefits, generous PTO and 401k plan, parental leave, flexible hours, managers who actually listen and pivot. It really CAN be this good, folks.

      Cons

      Not exactly a con (I think it actually shows how well we're doing), but the growth is substantial. We are hiring rapidly, but that is only with careful thought and consideration. Being that the company is privately owned, there isn't a worry that we're growing too big and might bust at the seams when we run out of investors' money. With this being said though, things change fast and some handle it better than others.

      “Is this place real?” or “this has to be too good to be true”… we have heard it all before! The truth is, every business has their challenges, but we do our best to approach them with honesty and transparently, we think that really goes a long way with our employees! We have been careful not to grow too fast so that we can still provide quality training and one on one time to individual employees. Because, you are right, things are always changing and we do our best to stay on top of that communication as best we can! Thank you for adding value to our organization, we are happy that you took a chance and joined our team!
