      Dealing with escalated clients here and there, but hey that's inevitable working in customer service.

      Pros

      Unless they fire me, this is the last job I plan to ever have. I wish I would've known about this company way before I found it. I would've joined their team a long time ago! I have never worked for a company like this one. The main thing is everyone works together and the upper management truly cares about their employees. This is the most amazing company I have ever worked for!!

      Cons

      They do not offer 4 day work weeks Must be very self resourceful and be able to educate yourself

      Pros

      Company culture is by far the most relaxed I've seen (no dress code) - upper management very approachable - coworkers very amicable and always willing to help - work is made fun because the people are fun and we all work together so well - I've never loved waking up in the morning more and will most likely attempt to retire with this company.

      Cons

      The work load is LARGE - as a former restaurant server (while I was finishing college) I loved the fast pace of a busy restaurant and the go-go-go but not everyone does - you will definitely not be bored, but if you get easily overwhelmed that might be an issue.
