Wow what an amazing one of a kind company. Truly, I have never been treated as well by any other place I’ve worked. Everyone is kind, helpful, and management really cares about employees. No micromanaging, office politics, or drama. The culture is sooo great and honestly the best I’ve ever been a part of. Work from home is amazing and the benefits are so great! I want to grow with this company and stay here indefinitely because they are truly amazing. The coaches as well- what amazing people! I’ve never had such a kind supportive manager anywhere else. They care and love their team and it really shows.

This company challenges your way of thinking of how traditional corporate America works. You know those things that don't make sense but companies do it anyway because that's how all companies do things? Yeah, this company doesn't do that. It's refreshing for most if you're open to adapting what you've learned in previous positions and companies. It can be uncomfortable for some if going against the grain isn't your cup of tea. While the work can be hard and the pace at which we are growing can be challenging, the core and heart of the company, leadership and team is genuinely caring about you and your happiness in your job.
