      Pros

      Like many of you review readers out there, I was skeptical reading all the rave 5 star reviews thinking it all sounded too good to be true. Honestly though, I have never experienced such a fun, collaborative, transparent culture working as a CSR for any other company. Expectations are reasonable. You start off with decent pay with biannual raises offered. You really do get all the great perks and benefits mentioned in the job description. You are expected to be YOU, a human with thoughts and feelings and a life outside of work. Quality vs Quantity client interactions, your feedback is wanted, and the list goes on… If you really want to know what it’s like, come check it out for yourself!

      Cons

      There are lots of changes happening all the time as we grow and continue to offer more services, so it can be hard to keep up sometimes.

We definitely try to prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to client interactions, because hey, they are humans too! As for the changes happening all the time, we totally get it! It can be hard to keep up with growth and new services, but we're committed to navigating these challenges together as a team.       Pros

      I came to this job with good work ethic and based upon only that I am left to attend my daily duties and not micromanaged. I started working from home only after 2 weeks working in office (these times very but this was mine). I have had 2 supervisors and they are empowered to have great relationships with there people, both were excellent and amazing people. My life is better for working at Corporate Tools.

      Cons

      Honestly because is it so great my only fear is that change will happen and my great job will evolve, but I have faith in the upper administration (first time I've ever been able to say that) that they will keep the core job what it is.
