      Pros

      • Fantastic people • Benefits & Compensation are nice • Maximum Flexibility with schedule • Creative work is steady and there are chances to do cool things • A true fervor from the top about the company mission - its palpable

      Cons

      • Occasional bottleneck in certain departments • There are opportunities to tighten up process that are neglected • Lack of true structure for creative department - a little more hierarchy could lead to better more consistent creative output and less mistakes / lapse in communication.

      Broken Management

      Pros

      Strong internal teams made up of good people. Interview and on-boarding process was comfortable and professional. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management constantly shifting work priorities. Owner is verbally abusive to co-workers. Silos of work. Gross mismanagement of money and growth. Values are platitudes they forced everyone to awkwardly buy into after rolling out, immediately violated their first one claiming to put people over profits. No company can have that as a value because it has to make profits to operate, obviously. Another example of how much in their own bubble upper management must be.
