      Pros

      The company in the beginning of my employment was perfect, the work load was manageable. quarterly bonus was nice. work enviroment was really lax

      Cons

      They literally fired over a hundred of us after going on a *massive* hiring spree, the firing process was so unprofessional it left a terrible taste in my mouth. They fired people with 7+ years of expereince claiming it was 'random' just to be stuck with people who are not trained. This company stabbed so many people in the back who did not deserve it, i DO NOT recommend this job to anybody soley based on the fact that they will 100% treat you like you are extremely valuable- only to fire you on a random Thursday with no explanation. Please do not waste your time.

      After you pan away the cruft, there's a lot of gold here

      Pros

      * Feels like a startup company (can be a con to some) * Maximum flexibility, changes often, change is good * Strong team based play * We work hard and play hard * 40 hours / week is largely unheard of in the tech industry * Pay is insane, especially for this area * Ownership at an individual level is required * Heavily customer and employee oriented * There's virtually no ceiling here- owner makes that readily apparent- take ownership, work on what matters (provide value to customers and employees), charge forward, and you can be/do whatever you want.

      Cons

      Not many to speak of here- of course, more negative individuals can always find something to be unhappy about (too much change, not enough change, too much structure/process, not enough structure / process... for crying out loud, you just can't make everybody happy).
