Pros

Friendly staff, updated equipment.

Cons

Most physicians don't respond well to suggestions regarding patients. Low salaries. Very short staffed constantly. Overtime is expected "for the team". Get rid of the pagers for updated communication between departments

Terrible experience

Pros

The good thing about the company is that it offers good benefits. Health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, etc. paid holidays.

Cons

The management is terrible. The employees are abusive and rude. Patients are rude and hateful. Pay is horrible even for the well experienced and highly educated.

Great benefits but many disengaged employees and horrible pay

Pros

Covenant Health provided excellent benefits, especially health insurance. If you had a procedure done at one of the Covenant owned facilities there was no out of pocket cost or a deductible that had to be met. The paid time off (PTO) was incredibly generous as you let it accumulate without penalty and the company pays you your PTO when you leave.

Cons

The pay is horrible unless you are in senior management. The senior management has very little regard to employees as the employee is deemed replaceable. There is no upward mobility as most job movement is lateral. Executives receive a nice bonus structure while many of the employees struggle. Many of the top positions are filled with outside people. There is no organic growth.
