Pros
Very fast paced, time flies, and you learn a lot about the industry. This is a great company to start, then take your knowledge and experience on to the next better opportunity.
Cons
The operations management team is joke. They can't run a desk your sitting in but your job is always being threatened in one way or another by them. They are untrustworthy and will lie or steal if they think it will secure their job or land them another promotion. The company is doing the best it has done in company history and they are giving layoffs, the entire time while hiring new people to replace the veterans they are letting go of. They do not care for their employees. They treat drivers almost the same way, rotating door.
