Pros

Pays well, and if you get in the right group things will be great! What the founders stand for is really great, they just need to do a better job in ensuring this point of view is passed down and that it align's with management treatment of employees.

Cons

Took very little time for development. If you get in the wrong group things can go terribly bad and executive management along with HR don't look at the big picture in regards and do nothing. It's almost as if HR doesn't exist Makes it appear people are being treated unfairly and they (Executive Management and HR) are allowing it.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, fun co-workers, some great supervisors, work is fairly easy although a bit mind numbing at times

Cons

some bad supervisors, limited career opportunities or advancement, departments focused on sales, even tech support prioritizes trying sales on every call over fixing problems quickly and getting to the next customer
