Pros

Nice, smart people. Good benefits. Can Telecommute to work (for now - although rumors are they'll start forcing 3-4 days per week)

Cons

The company makes billions in revenue and profit margins are insane. Yet perpetually ever year budgets get cut and money is tight. Except when it comes to sending hundreds of Executives on an annual boondoggle (which has never been cancelled no matter how "bad" of a year we're having). CEO of Cox Enterprises also simultaneously forces us to cut millions in our budget and lays off customers, while paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for events where he talks with celebrities like Tom Hanks and Ted Lasso imparting their invaluable executive insights.

Make Sure You're In

Pros

The pay and bonus structure are above average. No real complaints. There is upward mobility and feeling of belonging if you are "in". Senior Leadership takes care of the people that are cooperative and accommodating and do not rock the boat with ideas or difference of opinion. Great place for "yes" people!

Cons

If you are different or do not fit the mold, you will definitely feel it. They will find ways to call you out and look for reasons to either drive you out or let you go. Oddly enough, there are some wonderful people that are on your side and root for you behind the scenes. They don't want to be ousted by the people who really matter.

Great brand for resume. The truth is in the margins.

Pros

Great benefits, "unlimited" PTO, 30 days wellness time.Private company.Good opportunities to grow skills.

Cons

Lots of lifers with outdated thinking. Toxic leaders are promoted, not rooted out. Very political. Optics matter above all. Credit stealing is condoned. Inauthentic culture with strong southern influence. Your experience will vary radically depending on your VP, Director, and immediate leader.
