      Pros

      Cox Communications has a great product, great folks that work for the company and is an employee friendly company. Employees are their most cherished assest.

      There is nothing bad to say about Cox.

      Pros

      Great group of people I work with. Best customer service ever.

      Cons

      Promise the world back it up with nothing. Even when its documented and discussed in a meeting about another meeting. Then when you ask what happened you get "oops, I guess we were wrong" then they change your position to something that helps them make money. They give an outside appearance that they are helping you but you have to do all the leg work.

      Company offers great benefits, extensive initial training and a lot of incentives for your hard work.

      Cons

      Policies, numbers, goals, etc. can change daily. Once you feel comfortable, they change it on you...but you'll see that with any company.
