Pros

Winning trips, fun incentives, family atmosphere. Banquet dinners, cash cube, attainable goals.

Cons

Cox downsized to just 3 call centers nationwide and their management began to mimic a competitor. Would have had to move out of state so did not go, but heard that things were not like before, pay not the same and goals not attainable.

Pros

Good commission, great benefits, employee oriented company. Privately owned company with call centers on both coasts. Learning about new technology and helping customer.

Cons

Shift bids with changing hours during the summer/winter months. Sometimes sales goals can be unrealistic. Chained to a headset all day with angry customers can be stressful.
