      Pros

      Fun managers and coworkers, very flexible about working around my school schedule, pretty good starting pay, all other hosts seemed to know their job well and were willing to help me learn.

      Cons

      Seems to alternate between chaotically busy and completely dead. Management seems to be a bit scattered as well, particularly during their interview and hiring processes.

      0 pros. They sell yoy.on bonuses and being able to move up really fast, and tell you the GMS are making 6 figures. Well after the year and a half not 1 raise and made a total of about 800 dollars in bonuses THE ENTIRE YEAR!!

      Cons

      Not enough room to list them 1. Hours are terrible. You will be working 10-11 hour days for very minimal pay and unrealistic expectations. 2. The atmosphere sucked. I got there and not 1 manager had a good thing to say besides it's just a job. 3. Pure lies in recruitment. Like I said do not believe 1 thing about the bonuses or moving up GOOD LUCK 4. They don't give a crap about the managers. These guys are an employee driven company, Haha right. Maybe the pukes that don't give a crap they will bend over backwards for but the managers who give their lives for the store they could care less. 5. As soon as you start calling out the BS they will find a way to get rid of you. I was fires for a rules violation they said over the phone mind you couldn't do it face to face and then when I asked what I did they told me to call corporate. STAY CLASSY CRACKER BARREL 6. Pretty much if you are looking to be miserable this is the place, but if you like to feel like you enjoy your job at all STAY AWAY!!!!
