      it was pretty good until about year ago. now i dreed going to work.

      uhmm.. ive meet alot of good poeple.

      Cons

      just like being a server at any other resturant, you have your good days and your bad ones.when somethings wrong with the costumers/guest its always the server fault..regardless. mangers look down on you and talk and act like their better then you.hostile environment. and u can forget over time.even at making 2 dallors an hr.

      Pros

      The company is structured very well, with a fairly lengthy training program to ensure employee competence and preparedness. Managers are very flexible and willing to work with employees. The staff for the most part was very helpful and willing to help fellow employees

      Cons

      There is little room for growth, but that is understood going into the company. Far too many unreliable employees in the front of the house. The management stresses "server walk" too much, to the point where it can interfere with personal obligations while on the floor.
