Horrible Company to work for . No work life balance and other managers and The GM was lazy and there was no communication. Let the staff do whatever they wanted and the staff always was complaining. Other managers played favorites. Plan on always having to cook due to labor in the kitchen and can't keep cooks.

Company is doing a test that will force some managers to go from 45 hours salary to 36 hourly. Resulting in a 25% pay cut. Gave managers notice who would be a part of the test and just wants everyone to wait an undetermined amount of time to see if they will be added to test. No questions can be answered. No one has or is willing to give the answers. This move makes managers feel they serve no value.
