      Pros

      Great place to work where you will be treated with dignity and respect. High expectations on how to perform, but high reward for performance. Servers get to keep all their tips, no tip out.

      Cons

      Will be one of toughest jobs you will ever work, but have great systems in place to deliver to the guest

      Pros

      Large Company with job security inherent in such. Loyal guest following. Reasonable price point. Variety

      Cons

      Company has become profit first driven. Food quality and safety are compromised daily for profitability and /or keep GMs from having to answer for costs. As a result of lack of regular presence of middle management, many GMs operate with substandard staffing, food quality and facility maintenance. Too many GM's exhibit favoritism and lack of personal integrity in the execution of their position. Veiled ageism, racism and sexism are too regularly the norm within units. Failures in scheduling and holding people equally accountable, to a GMs personal accountability and substandard compliance with company standards, this is a company surviving on past success.

      Pay is above average...work is ok except Saturday and Sunday then it's a circus

      Cons

      Stop the stupid hiring model..it has no relation to sales at all....just because you have 130 employees doesn't mean sales will result...kick up on line marketing more..
