Pros

A few resilient VPs continue to do their best to strengthen and grow this business. I’m staying because, with their teams behind them, I believe they can outsmart and outmaneuver our new President.

Cons

Our President lied directly to employees. After a major RIF late last year, he came to our manufacturing site and assured us with full confidence that the business had been “right sized.” Yet within three months, after saddling the Convenience Services and Service business units with millions in unexpected allocated expenses, he ordered two more RIFs to make his numbers look better. He retaliates against strong, strategic leaders who challenge him, and morale is suffering as a result.

Terrible people to work for.

I can't think of any.

Cons

They eat their own. All the DEI hires have made the place a mess. No one knows what they are doing any more. It's like herding cats. Nobody cares about the customer or customer service any more. Customers wait weeks and months to receive service. They will hire you under one agreement and change the agreement after your are onboarded. Customers are angry when a tech arrives because they have waited so long for service. Of course management blames the tech but the tech can only respond to the calls placed on their route. It has become a cluster. Beware.
