Pros

I really enjoy working for Cranial Tech. The people I have met through this company have all been very professional-and yet extremely personable. I have always felt very comfortable reaching out for help or bringing up any questions to coworkers and management. There is a true "team" atmosphere in our clinic. I feel very lucky to get to work with wonderful babies and their families each day. The days move quickly as we work between the imaging room and coordinating at the front.

Cons

I truly don't have any complaints. I honestly really enjoy this job and I feel very grateful for having the opportunity to work here.

The product manufactured here positively helps babies with plagiocephaly

Cons

Manufacturing supervisors have no previous supervisory experience, lack leadership skills and have created a culture of distrust, nervousness, and fear. They lack humility, integrity, and respect for their team. Play favorites. Do not plan effectively and are crisis driven .

Pros

This is a company who really cares about and for their employees. They are excellent in making sure that you are properly trained to feel confident doing your job, they offer great competitive benefits, and overall, you just feel appreciated.

Cons

I have been here for about 4 1/2 months and I can;t honestly complain about anything so far.
