Pros

Caring for the families and infants was very rewarding. Working with the therapists was great.

Cons

This company has completely changed from when it started. They got rid of all of their hard working long term employees to save money. All they care about is making money, not helping shape infants heads. They treat any baby even if they don't need it.

Pros

Very thorough training experience. Clean environment to work in. Great results with the DOC band and even used it on both my kids.

Cons

They were unorganized, uncaring of any needs of your family life. You were reprimanded for keeping pictures of your own children on your desk. You needed to see a patient every 15 minutes and if delayed you were reprimanded. You were reprimanded and belittled by the wicked witches in Arizona who would call you and scream at you through the phone. We were all great friends working together as a team in the office but all of us had to quit because we couldn't take the treatment anymore from upper management micromanaging and keeping every eye on you from a camera. I have no idea why it was awarded "Best place for women to work at" from Arizona newspaper. As a therapist and professional employee for 15 yrs with a great reputation. This was the worst place I ever worked at and remember it as a nightmare.

Pros

Sales team was some of the brightest and most motivated individuals. The team was wiling to share their strategies with colleagues to assist the entire sales team to grow their respective businesses.

Cons

Marketing manager in charge of sales with no outside sales experience, led to a lot of sales planning and strategy missteps. The good news, is the company hired a national sales manager to take the lead over the team and sales strategy and execution was improved. Additionally, there was no one working inside corporate that had a strong insurance background, so when it came to formulary issues, sales representatives had little to no corporate support to assist with negotiations.
